Whether you are just out for a Sunday drive, or showing your T-Bird in a local or Club Concours d’ Elegance, it is important for you to have Concours Quality authentic parts on your Bird. After 40 years of showing Fords and Thunderbirds as well as selling parts for them, we know the difference between just ‘parts’ and ‘Concours Quality Parts’! When ordering from our easy to read catalog, you receive only the best parts available!


Phone orders are welcome.  Our toll free lines are open five days a week;
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.  Dial toll free anywhere in the USA and Canada (800) 722-0009. Our local line is (775) 882-5100.  We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover orders by phone. 


It is our goal to ship orders within 24 hours! A large percentage of orders are in fact shipped the same day!  Any part not in stock will be back ordered unless the customer requests “cancel back orders”.  If we cannot ship the part(s) within 30 days, we will refund the appropriate amount due.


We ship all orders out via UPS or USPS (mail).  Our shipping rates are based on the shipping rates that we receive from our carriers (UPS or USPS).  We have a minimum shipping charge of $9.00 plus all shipments have an additional $1.00 per $100.00 of invoice total to cover insurance.
Shipments outside the Continental US (Alaska and Hawaii included) or any premium transportation needed or at the customer’s request, such as UPS “First, Second or Third Day” air, or any other air carrier, will be charged at actual shipping cost.  Some US and foreign shipments may not be sent by mail because the USPS has a much stricter “Size & Weight Limit” for parcels.


We sell only the best parts available!  All of our parts are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship.  Liability to Concours Parts & Accessories is limited to the replacement of the defective part only.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with anything you have purchased from us, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a “No Hassle” return.  Please enclose a “copy of the invoice and a reason for the return”.  We will then send you a refund for the part(s) returned.  There will be NO restocking charge! Of course, the part(s) must be packaged properly so we get them in “salable condition”.


Merchandise damaged in shipment must be reported to the carrier (UPS, etc.) immediately and then held with all the shipping cartons. Also, phone us immediately so we may replace the damaged parts..  In the case of shortages, defects or errors within your parts order, “you must Phone us within 7 days of receipt to report the problem”.


Due to periodic changes in prices by our suppliers, prices may change without prior notice.
